We’re looking for you to CRACK US UP!!
Fill us to the brim with giggles, snorts, guffaws and/or groans. Holiday cheer (or what should have been Holiday Cheer), funny costumes, the last dash for presents before the stores open. Whatever you can come up with.
Hit us with your straight comedy, crackfic, awkward, funny fruit (lemons and limes included), dark humour and anything that else may be knocking around in your head.
As long as it's funny and has a Christmas theme it's good!

General Info:
We will be accepting entries from 20th October - 19th November 2010 23:59GMT.
Entries must be emailed to christmascracker@gigglesnort.net in Word doc format.
YOUR ENTRY MUST REMAIN ANONYMOUS. This means if your identity is revealed, even through no fault of your own, your entry will be disqualified. So watch what you say and where you say it. And swear your beta to secrecy too! You cannot post to your own public account until winners are announced on 21st December 2010. Doing so will result in automatic disqualification.
Multiple entries per writer and collaborations allowed (max of three collaborators), up to three entries total, so if you have more than one idea you’re dying to submit, go for it!
All pairings welcome.
Submissions will be posted on the site under the username 'Christmas Crackers' and found @ http://www.gigglesnort.net/viewuser.php?action=storiesby&uid=271We will be posting all submissions on a 'first come' basis. This means the sooner you get your finished and into us, the sooner it will be available for people to read and have a good laugh at (in the nicest possible way of course!).
Rules/Guidelines:
-All entries must be funny!
-All entries must be between 2,500 and 12,000 words in length.
-All ratings welcome from K to NC-17.
-All pairings are welcome - canon, AH or AU.
-Don't gross us out (i.e. No incest, paedophilia, bestiality, rape, you know the drill)
-GET A BETA: We WILL disqualify based on grammar and overall crappy writing style.
-All entries must be stand alone one shots - no continuations or excerpts from current stories.
